Completed in 2014, ‘Binary’ was designed to provide boutique accommodation across smaller floor plates in a highly accessible fringe CBD / West Perth location.
The property was developed by QUBE to provide capital and income returns for QUBE investors and was sold by the joint venture partners in 2019.
QUBE’s 50% interest in 1101 Hay Street was owned by a single-asset QUBE company with distributions paid as franked dividends to shareholders quarterly over the 5-year investment term.
