Mark Hector
Managing Director
Mark has been a part of QUBE from the beginning. He oversees our strategic operations, investor relations, project funding and the bigger picture management of our business. Mark knows what is going on with every one of our projects and is never afraid to get his hands dirty.
Rod Gardiner
Director
Rod joined us at QUBE in 2011 and was appointed as Executive Director in 2015. He manages the acquisition of new projects including contract negotiation, due diligence and financial forecasting. After more than 24 years in the property industry, Rod helps us maintain our focus on growth through well-located projects with strong market potential.
Geoff Davieson

Geoff joined the group as Director of Capital and Equity in 2012. With over 27 years experience in the industry, Geoff's focus is on project equity raising, investor relations, financial management and strategic positioning.
Marc Johnson
Chief Financial Officer
Marc joined QUBE close to its very beginnings back in 1996 as a graduate accountant and now as their Chief Financial Officer undertakes the financial management, corporate accounting and financial reporting for QUBE and all its projects.

Russell is a founding partner in our business, hailing from an accounting and then merchant banking background. Russell has brought a wealth of financial knowledge and a lifetime of experience in the property and banking sectors means he is a great source of insight and experience for our team.
Matthew Cousins

Matt oversees QUBE's residential developments and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Post Graduate degree in Property and Project Management. He brings expertise, passion for innovation and leadership to the team.
Arthur Majewski

Arthur focuses primarily on the acquisition of properties in the commercial sector to help QUBE diversify our portfolio. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property & Finance) from Curtin University, is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and Certified Practicing Valuer.

Paul has a Bachelor of Business Majoring in Accounting and Finance, is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. History
QUBE was established in 1995 to initially develop a combined 150 hectares in Rosehill and Bennett Springs as 1,800 residential lots plus another 87 hectares in Malaga as 290 industrial lots.
Over the past 28 years QUBE has continued to build its land bank pipeline as well as diversify our product range and expertise across commercial and retail income property and the development of residential apartment and townhouse complexes.
To date QUBE has
- Acquired over 1,150 hectares of land in WA for subdivision
- Developed and sold over 4,000 lots
- Accumulated a landbank with capacity to develop another 4,100 lots over the next 12 years
- Over 60,000sqm of WA income property assets under management of which over 40,000sqm was originally developed by QUBE and the balance acquired as going concerns
- Developed 19 boutique apartment and townhouse projects totalling some individual 500 dwellings
QUBE remains a proudly Western Australian owned company with a highly successful track record. QUBE has over 30 projects in WA with a combined end value in excess of $1.8 billion. Since 1995 our model has been simple and unchanged. Each project sits in its own special purpose vehicle with funding provided in the form of one class of share (or unit) and one piece of debt. The equity piece is sourced from our sophisticated investor network and the debt is provided a senior lender with no recourse to investor. Our investors, many who are still investing with QUBE since we began in 1995 appreciate the structure and take comfort that the partners of QUBE are aligned with our investors by investing in each project on equal terms every other investor.
