The Trust properties are:

• 1 Inner Court Bayswater – 3,500sqm of office/workshop secured by a 10 year lease to Flender, a global leading supplier for mechanical and electrical drive systems; and
• 31 Radius Loop Bayswater – 1,500sqm of office warehouse secured by a 7 year lease to Creative Technology Live Events, an international production company providing tele-production and television broadcasting services.

The properties were purchased on completion of construction in 2020 primarily to provide steady recurring income for unit holders.

Surplus income from the properties is paid to unit holders as quarterly distributions from the Trust.
