Hammond Park estate’s new northern park is the pick of the bunch

A NEW approach to residential estate design is helping create a culture based on balanced and healthy lifestyle at Hammond Grove.

Developer QUBE has almost completed the Hammond Park estate’s northern park, which features walkways, fitness equipment, barbecue facilities, shaded spaces and a large grassed area ideal for community activities and events.

Stage one and two lots from 287sq m to 375sq m are also available, starting at $229,000.
