For our investors’ peace of mind, each and every project is conducted as a separate entity. There is no financial connection or dependence between projects thus protecting the interests and integrity of our investment partners. Development acquisitions are primarily equity funded and developed with senior bank debt. Income assets are typically acquired with a loan to valuation ratio of between 50% and 60%. All debt facilities are structured so that they are non-recourse to investors.
