From time to time, we are presented with obstacles that delay development, however, in all circumstances we believe that our team leaves no stone unturned in an attempt to achieve an outcome.

For our investors’ peace of mind, each and every project is conducted as a separate entity. There is no financial connection or dependence between projects thus protecting the interests and integrity of our investment partners. Acquisitions are primarily equity funded, reducing interest and holding costs during the approval phase. The development phase is primarily debt funded at between 50% and 65% to ensure each project debt facility remains non-recourse to investors.
