Hammond Park estate’s new northern park is the pick of the bunch
A NEW approach to residential estate design is helping create a culture based on balanced and healthy lifestyle at Hammond Grove.
Developer QUBE has almost completed the Hammond Park estate’s northern park, which features walkways, fitness equipment, barbecue facilities, shaded spaces and a large grassed area ideal for community activities and events.
The 1ha park will complement the neighbourhood’s urban orchard complete with fruit trees and herb gardens.
QUBE managing director Mark Hector said the parkland was set to become a focal point for the estate, where residents could live, grow and flourish.
“We took a fresh approach when designing Hammond Grove with buyers embracing the change, with the estate standing out from its competitors,” he said.
“The area has such a rich horticultural history and this presented us with a perfect opportunity to encourage a culture based around freshness and a healthy lifestyle.
“For example, residents can pick fresh fruit from the orchard trees and herbs from the gardens.”
Mr Hector said the estate also promised a strong sense of community, with purchasers attracted to the friendly ambience and location.
QUBE is inviting registrations of interest in stage three, which comprises 27 blocks from 225sq m to 476sq m and priced from $199,000.
Stage one and two lots from 287sq m to 375sq m are also available, starting at $229,000.
“People buying at Hammond Grove tell us they like the fact they’re getting more for their money than other estates they considered before purchasing within this neighbourhood,” Mr Hector said.
“They’ve also shared that they like the choice of blocks to suit a variety of housing styles and home sizes.
“Not only does Hammond Grove offer its residents the character and security of an intimate community, but also it is on what is considered the premium side of the freeway.
“We believe it is well positioned for those looking at growth in land values.”
House and land packages are also available, with Dale Alcock Homes, Home Group WA and New Generation Homes among the builders offering designs.
Hammond Grove is just minutes from the Aubin Grove train station and Kwinana Freeway, a short drive to Cockburn Gateway Shopping City and 25 minutes from Perth and Fremantle.
The estate’s sales centre on Wattleup Road is open from 2-4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
